It brings a wide range of health risks including heart problems, diabetes, and weight gain, etc. The daily intake of a moderate amount of lean meat is enough for getting high nutrients and proteins. We all know that water is essential for weight loss and one must drink about 2-3 liters of water daily. It takes about 6 to 7 glass of water. If you cannot drink that much eater just adds soups to your diet plan.

All cereals are not bad for your health. The whole grains are rich in fiber and protein in moderation. It includes brown rice, oats, and quinoa, etc. But keep in mind the refined grains are not as healthy as the whole grains so skip them for your diet. Always choose whole grains because they are high in fiber and make you eat less.
