-½ c soy sauce
-⅓ c olive oil
-¼ c Worcestershire sauce
-1 t garlic
-2 t dried basil
-1 t dried parsley
-1 t black pepper
-½ to 1 lb flat iron or top sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch pieces
Step 1: Without steak, putting all other ingredients in ziplock bag and stir with a spoon to well mixed to form a marinade.
Step 2: Laying steak pieces down and close it. Sweetly shake the steaks in bag to coat steaks with the marinade. Then putting a refrigerator to stand for more than 3 h. Make sure steak is well soaked in marinade so it can absorbe enough liquid.
Step 3: Heat skillet until very hot. Removing pieces of steak from marinade using a slotted spoon & carefully place them in hot pan. Discard marinade afterwards.
Step 4: Cooking steak to desired temperature. For a medium well, you can cook for about 3 min. Serve it hot
